Returns

At Lights by Lois, you have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return:

- The product must be unused and in its original condition
- The product is, where possible, in its original packaging
- The return is registered in advance by email

Return process

1. Contact us at info@lightsbylois.com
2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return
3. You will receive return instructions from us
4. Send the product back according to the instructions

Return costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return:

- The purchase amount is refunded within 14 days
- The refund is issued to the same payment method you used

Non-returnable products
The following products cannot be returned:

- Used products
- Products made or customized specifically for you
- Gift cards

Damaged or incorrect products
Received a damaged or incorrect product? Contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@lightsbylois.com. We'll make sure to find a suitable solution.

- Returns without prior contact will not be accepted
- Please keep a proof of shipment
